"It Used to Seem Like So Much Work": Elizabeth's My Delight Success Story
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Married twelve years with four kids, Elizabeth and her husband mentor engaged couples for the church and teach sympto-thermal NFP through the Couple-to-Couple League.
Raised in purity culture, they both assumed that by abstaining until marriage, sex would naturally just work great and keep getting better through the years.
It wasn't getting better on its own, so Elizabeth enrolled in My Delight.
In this interview, she candidly shares how the conversation went when she asked him about her enrolling.
She shares what helped, what changed for her and her husband, and what advice she'd give women thinking of joining My Delight this fall.

Well, I'm so delighted to have Elizabeth joining me today to share her story of transformation, and I just know that you're going to get a lot from what she shares. Elizabeth is an alum of My Delight, and she is a mom and joins us from Colorado. Welcome, Elizabeth. Thank you so much. It's great to be here. Aw, it's so great to talk with you again. We were just talking before we started recording. I think it was in 2024 that you were in My Delight, right? Yeah. So a couple years ago. Yeah. Yeah. That's right. My husband and I have been married for 14 years, and we,, got married right out of college, and now we have four kids. They are 11, nine, seven, and four. Oh, how wonderful. Beautiful. I know. This- these are, like, such great years of married life. Busy also. Yeah. And amidst it all, you decided when you heard about My Delight that you're gonna dive in and take this journey. Can you take us back there to, how you found out about it, or what you were thinking,, when you were considering joining? What may or may not have been, pulling you towards or keeping you back from it? Absolutely, yeah. So I guess it was probably early 2024 or maybe even late 2023, I heard a podcast that you went on Sterling Jaquith's podcast. And, I listen to her podcast a lot, and so I, you know, was, like, kind of listening to that. And I heard this about, intimacy, and I was just, like, blown away because, nobody really talks about this kind of stuff, but you guys were just openly talking about it. And I had struggled a lot, and... Well, my husband and I both had struggled a lot because we felt really alone in the intimacy journey, and we didn't know where we could go or reach out to. And so to hear that podcast, it was just, mind-blowing to just be really open and, and everything about intimacy. And I identified with a lot of the things that you were talking about on there, and, how you help people in My Delight. And so I, had m- one of my best friends listen to it as well, and she- was like, "Oh, my gosh, I think this is so amazing." And, we were talking about it a lot, and she encouraged me. Also, my husband and I teach natural family planning, and so,, one of the things that we do by accident is kind of counsel people in this area. But, you know, we're not the experts. So she was like, "Well, you know, this is something that you should do because, you also talk to people about this kind of thing." And, kind of coincidentally, I'm like, I'm also kind of struggling with this myself, but I didn't really wanna talk about that, you know, at the time. The original starting point was that, was I was like, "Okay, well, maybe I should look into this. Like, I should learn more." And, from there, I went ahead and looked into it, kind of read about your program, got on your list and everything And, saw the cost, and I was like, "Oh, no," like, "I don't know if my husband's gonna go for this." I hadn't talked to him about it at all at this point. Uh-huh. And I had just been talking with my friend, Oh, I think I told him about the podcast, which he had been like, "Oh, okay, that sounds really good and interesting." But, my friend was like, "You know, Elizabeth, just ask your husband, what he thinks about all this." And so I then went and talked with him And he was like, "Yeah, why wouldn't we do that?" And I was, like, really surprised because I thought he was gonna be like, "No, we don't need to do that." But we'd both been feeling a strain in our relationship, we'd been feeling like we didn't have anywhere to go and any resources that we knew were approved with the Catholic Church, and, we knew that you were a moral theologian, and we just trusted you from your background and everything. And then my friend had laughed about it later, and she's like, "So you go to your husband and say you wanna improve your sex life. W- what is he gonna say? No?" And I'm like, "You're right." I mean, he was like, "Absolutely," right away, like, "Let's do it, 'cause we need to figure this out." And so that's kind of where it started. Oh, wow. Yeah. So he was really supportive and saw the value and was encouraging- Yeah to you. Yeah. And your friend, too, I love that you have a friend that you could talk with- Yeah about this, 'cause so many women don't. They're completely isolated, so this is- Yeah really a blessing. So,, I think that was really helpful that she just encouraged me. She's like, "You are, like, doing this all the time, and why not? You should, get some help for yourself, too, while you're at it," you know? Well, that's so wonderful. And I love that you're an NFP instructor. Do you mind sharing a little bit more about that? Yeah. We are with Couple to Couple League, and we teach,, symptothermal method. Mm-hmm. And, uh, we've been doing that for 12 years. We just got involved pretty early in our marriage because we felt like it was a way we could give back to the church, and we didn't- Yeah have a lot of money when we first got married, and so this was kind of us tithing our time- Wow um, to give back in the ministry. And we- We really felt, yeah, called to it. And so that's what we still feel today, and, and we love it. Yeah. That is so beautiful. And I, I do feel like every NFP instructor, no matter what they're setting, could really benefit e- from going- Mm-hmm through My Delight, not just for- Yeah their own, you know- Yeah whatever might be going on in their own marriage, but because of that special role that you have, being so close working with women and couples. But especially Couples to Couple league because it's so focused on the marriage relationship and is within the context of a Catholic ministry specifically. Yeah. That's really beautiful and, yeah, you do have like a special role in other couples lives through your program. It comes up a lot. It, it like, it's more than I would expect. Even just in a quick chart review, couples are like- Yeah "Can we talk about this?" And before I had no resources. Now I'm just sending them all to you. I'm like- Oh, great "Okay, go check her website," you know?, You need more help. And you know, we had, we had the, the Popcak book, Holy Sex. You know- Yeah that was the only thing that we had for the first 12 years of our marriage. And we found that it was a great book, a great place- Yes to start, but it really did not bring us to the point we are today, like that we got through your program. Because it, it ha- it's a limited book. It's, it's only got so much. And, we felt like we didn't know half the things that we learned when we were in My Delight. So that was, yeah, helpful. Oh, I'm so glad. Yeah. Fantastic. Well, okay, so you begin My Delight, what were you thinking sort of as you started out, out of the gate? You're in this cohort of other Catholic women from all different stages of their own marriages. You know, and in lots of different kinds of challenges that they're bringing. What was that like for you to begin to participate in this sisterhood of Catholic women? Yeah. It was really incredible, 'cause like I said before, this is just not talked about. And what, I couldn't believe, and I think that for women out there who feel really alone, like there were so many women out there, for example, that had never experienced an orgasm. And that was pretty mind-blowing to me. And I felt a little guilty at first, 'cause I was like, "Well, at least I, I have had, been able to, to do that." But, there are women out there that haven't, you know? But then, then I realized that there's kind of the whole gambit. There were people that were there, and there were people that were, you know, a lot farther along in their marriages, of all ages, of all situations. And so there was just, everyone kind of had their own certain struggles, and what we found through the process is like kind of some of our struggles, what they were. And so yeah, it was a little eye-opening to find that out. And I think now, That I've talked more about it with women. It's more common than you think that women just don't experience pleasure, and they still just go along with it, you know? And, like- Mm-hmm that's what they have to do, right? Yeah. Oh, wow. Yeah. Well, yeah, it is so interesting, isn't it, to just have that privileged safe space- Yeah where women can share what they're really experiencing or not in their- Yeah marital embrace with their husband, and- Yeah yeah, some of it, I think, it's, it's so healing, just to be able to break that isolation and silence and have- Yeah a safe place to share. And some of the time, the healing can come from realizing you're not alone. Yeah. Sometimes it's realizing, like, "Oh, at least I don't have that problem," right? Um, but in other times it's like, "Wow, I have something to share," or what I hear that one being coached about in a struggle, you know, and Sarah's working with her in the midst of the group, I can plug into and,, relate to that. And so the advice that she's getting, that applies to me as well. Yeah. Yeah, absolutely. 'Cause, for us, our, you know, personal struggle was that, you know, sex just felt like a lot of work. Mm-hmm. You know? It was always like, this is gonna be a long process, and some, and a lot of the time that my husband would just be like, "What is wrong with your libido?" And I would be like, "What is wrong with your libido?" Like, "Why is yours so quick and mine so slow," you know? And then we just kind of learned through the process that that's normal. And I feel like just normalizing a lot of these things about your body, women's bodies, men's bodies, and understanding that they're different, but they can work together, just really was really, really helpful to us. We kind of had the situation in our marriage that every time we've been fertile and used the day, we've gotten pregnant. Uh-huh. So, it was just like, well, when is the fun, right? Like, we don't get to have fun 'cause we can only have, you know, if we're abstaining and using NFP to avoid children,, or space our children, it's, like, only in phase one and three, and it's like, that's not as much fun as phase two. But we didn't really get the chance to try for long periods of time or whatever, you know? And so we were kind of in this place where it was just like, "Ugh, what is wrong with me?" Like, "Why do I not wanna have sex? Why do, why is it so hard? Why is it so much work?" Yeah, and so we just kind of came to realize through the process that, that that was normal, that, that there were things that we could do to help each other to prepare and to help our mindset. And I think you do a lot of mindset coaching- Mm-hmm in the process, and I think that is a huge piece for a lot of women because we don't realize that we're kind of closing our minds to things. Mm-hmm. And we, and, and when we start to, work through those, thoughts and everything in our mindset, it really helps us open our minds to what could be Yeah. Our minds are so powerful. Yeah. And that is really wonderful that you were able to engage that, you know, on that, with that level of mindset. And so already I just hear you saying, like, w- as when you came into the program, you both, you and your husband both were frustrated because it seemed like you thought there was something wrong. Because- Yes as the wife there was a, you know, it took a lot longer to get aroused or interested than for him. Yes. And then your, like, belief about that- Yeah seems to have shifted. And c- yeah, can you tell me just a little bit more about what that was like and, you know, did you believe it right away when you heard that it's normal for women to have a slower, longer arousal curve, or were you resistant, or was it like, "Oh, that explains it, and I'm not broken," or... Yeah. No, that's... It's a great point. I definitely was like, "I'm not broken." That was, like, the first thing that came to my head. Yeah. But then I had to, convince my husband of that, and so it was really helpful to have him watch the videos, to have him, in these conversations. It's like this was a very couple-oriented process. Even though you are working with the women- We still were very much engaged in these conversations together and talking about, like, what was going on and how things work. I think another big kind of piece for my husband specifically, and I as well, is that we were raised in the time of this real purity culture. Mm-hmm. And so, like, we waited till we were married, and we did everything right, you know? We, like, had the self-control. And, then it was all of a sudden we were married, and it was like, "All right. Everything should work." And we got really frustrated because it didn't just work. Like, it didn't just happen. It, it was hard. So,, I think that that happened where our minds were in this, idea of can we do this? Are, are we allowed to do this? Like, it just felt like our bodies didn't quite understand opening to that intimacy and sexuality, you know, as it would be for... Like, y- you'll... Y- unfortunately, in our secular culture it makes it think that women and men are always, like, ready to go. Here we are. Mm-hmm and that was just not the case at all, and, um, took us some time to really understand, and through this class we really figured that out, so. Oh, wonderful. Yeah. Well, yeah, and there is sort of that implicit or sometimes overt, promise in- Yeah purity culture messages that, like- If you do it right and you wait for marriage, then you get a nice shiny prize of amazing sex Yeah you know, throughout your whole Christian marriage. Yes. And that just, like, spontaneously, instantly happens- Yeah because that's your reward for being good, right? Right. Right. And that's actually not tied to reality or even to- Yeah God's truth or promises in scripture, in church teaching. It's, you know, it's a human process that we- Yeah we need to figure out. And,- I know there can be a lot of women and, and couples sort of experience that frustration and disappointment. Like, "We did it right, so why aren't things just so wonderful in our love life?" Yeah. We deserve it, right, or we earned it, and- Yeah and it's not, like, a reward. It's a skill to learn, and- Yeah you know, something to create between- And I think that was a big mindset shift for us, was that we were, not realizing that we needed to learn the skill, that it was gonna take time, that there were gonna be mistakes, and it was gonna be messy, and not always gonna work. But but you encouraged us to, continue working on the skill of the process. And so I think that helped us, too, where we realized we tried something new. "Oh, that didn't go so well." Okay, but you, like, gotta try something three times before we say it doesn't work well, right? And so I think that was good, that we realized that it was a process and a skill to learn. And then we were 12 years into our marriage, and we still didn't know that, so... 'Cause no one talked about it. No one told us. Of course. Yeah. Yeah. I love that your husband accompanied you and watched the educational portion- Yeah of the videos as well. Yeah, it says educational. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So this is where I face the camera, record, you know, instruction, and- Yeah explaining things, and all the husbands of the wives who join My Delight, They are allowed to watch all those, and I encourage the wife to, like, sit with your husband and watch it, and- Yeah Do that together if possible. But what, where men, husbands are not allowed at all is into our group coaching sessions where- Right weekly we meet. And so I just wanna reassure any woman listening that that space is really protected, and, that's for women only, and you need that to really feel free to ask your questions, and it's just a whole different dynamic when it's just us women. Yeah. And it, it was definitely such a safe space, and we felt, you know, so... I felt like you do a really good job of giving us all very much, like, a very important dignity and, really speaking to our hearts, but then also not, like, nothing was embarrassing, nothing was TMI. It was just, like, you respected where we were and gave us so much good advice and coaching, so thank you. Oh, thank you, th- Yeah Wow, that means the world to me. It's always my goal to help empower women to know their dignity, so that you use that word makes me really happy that you felt heard. No, that's how I felt. That's how I felt. Oh, because we are. We are God's beloved daughters and have such dignity in his eyes, and, you know, and our culture doesn't respect that, and even purity culture puts such an unfair burden on women that, we, we need to reclaim this equal space- and, and know our worth and dignity. Mm-hmm. Well, I'd love to hear more about, your husband's story and yours. You know, as you continue through, you learn this is a process that you, you learn different ideas for how to cultivate, a love life that is thriving. And he was... It sounds like he was just right there with you being willing, open to this. Was there any, resistance or, as you guys had conversations about this, did you feel like, "Wow, how am I gonna," like convince him that it's normal for women's libidos and arousal curves to be slower, for example, or, yeah, I guess I'd just love to hear more about the process of doing that together with him. Yeah. Um, for him, I do think, like at first, he wasn't, like expecting as much to be involved, and then, you know, realizing, like as we could watch those educational videos together and he could look at some of the resources, he started to be more interested and he's like, "Oh, okay," like, I think at,, we did have some like tension in that there was some times where he was like, "Do I just have to do everything?" Like, I, am I doing everything wrong? You know.. Um, but then, you know, as we kinda went through, we realized, like just trying like one different thing, and we just, we both kinda felt that pressure of like, 'cause we're both kinda perfectionists- Uh-huh that, like oh, we gotta do everything, we gotta try to figure all this out. And then we realized,, through the process, you know, in conversations and stuff, that we just needed to work on like one thing at a time. And so he's like, "I'm gonna work on what I can control. Can you work on these things that you can control?" And so we kind of tried to each work on one thing at a time. And so it definitely took time, and it's still taking time. I mean, we're y- two years from the program, but we are still, like working on things. Every, you know, every month, we have something different that we're talking about or working on. Okay, wow. And I think that's just created like a, it's, it's like we realized it was a long-term process- Mm-hmm and not a short-term process. And I think we've gone back a lot to the resources and when we've struggled and been like, "All right, what can, you know, I do differently? What can you do differently?" And yeah, he's was just open because he realized that if I was enjoying things more, he was gonna enjoy things more. Mm-hmm. But it did take him a little bit of time of realizing that. Like we, over a few months, he was like, "Oh, okay. Well, when you do this, this helps you. Oh, this made it better for me," you know? Aw. And so now he's being more intentional about those kind of things. And so I really appreciate that, that he's been open to that, and then also being more intentional with me and knowing what I need to help get there. Oh, that is so beautiful and wonderful. Yeah, it is the couple both together. You're both responsible as husband and wife for creating this love life. And I love that, you were able to be open and honest with each other and really see this as a shared responsibility to work together. Just, I just remembered one other thing, that I was gonna say. One thing that was funny for us, and I know, like that I think, We've heard this in other places too. So it was just that we were kind of expecting, at least Seth was expecting, that everything was gonna be, spontaneous, you know? Uh-huh. And I think that was a huge mindset shift for us as well, was, like, it's not just gonna be, spontaneous. Like, you make the move, I make the move. You know, like, we're just gonna feel like doing this. And so once we realized that, and, he had to really kind of overcome,, that it had to be just,, this spontaneous fun thing. It could still be fun and work great- Mm-hmm but we had to plan it better. And I think that shifting of planning and, and not being like, "Do I have to make the move all the time?" was a shift for us, but also really helped us and helped him. Because I think he was thinking, "Well, why do you never make a move on me? We'd have all these expectations about each other, like, I'm supposed to, to be interested right now after the movie, or you're supposed to be interested tomorrow night. You know, like, the next night we're doing this and we should be interested in this. But it, I think it's once we realized that we were putting a lot of expectations and pressure on that, and just took that away and started, like, scheduling- Mm-hmm the timing and everything, it was just, like, a huge difference for us as well. Oh, that's so great. Yeah, the scheduling and planning can be such a game changer for couples. The things that we, we do, that we want to enjoy, usually we plan and prepare. Yeah. And so that we're supported- Yeah and we have the space, and yeah, can really relax and ease into it. So it sounds like that made a difference for you. Are you willing to share, like, what are some of the other things that you learned that, that really made a difference I think for us it was a, a little bit about, like, women's pleasure as well. You know, we- when we were in the purity culture and Catholic upbringings that we had, it was always kind of like everything has to happen at the same time. Like- Mm-hmm, mm-hmm for wives and girls, we have to go at the same time during intercourse, and that was, all that was allowed. Mm-hmm. And for a lot of women, that doesn't happen. And so when that doesn't happen, you think, "Okay, we're not doing it right, or we're gonna do something wrong." Uh, but I think that we learned a lot about the Catholic teaching in, you know, women's pleasure different being than man's pleasure, and how it can happen at different points in intercourse, and not necessarily just at the same time as the man. And that was really helpful for us as well, 'cause we felt like if it didn't happen at the same time, we were failing. Oh, man. And that was, not true. But that was kind of what we had thought. And you can't really Google this stuff. Like, it's so- No inappropriate. So we're just like, "I don't know where to find this good Catholic information." And it was... Yeah, that was through the class that we definitely figured that out. And just discovered that there were things that you can do to help women's pleasure. You have a lot of great guests on, and they talk about, like, women as a whole person. You're not just talking about, your pleasure, but we're also talking about nutrition, supporting our hormones. We're talking about, different things that you can do to help women through the process. You had doctors on. You had, you know, different hormone specialists, nutritionists,, other people on that really supported, all of what you were saying, and helped me realize that it wasn't just about, one thing. It's, like, all the things matter for your love life and your intimacy. And they all affect it too, especially with your hormones as you get older and everything. Yes. Oh, that is such a beautiful part of our Catholic teaching, that sexuality involves the whole person, and it's not just biological, but yeah, that caring for ourselves and our, our whole womanhood,, that, yeah, that of course that benefits our sexuality as well. Oh, Elizabeth, thank you so much for sharing all this. I guess what would you say to that woman, she's thinking about joining My Delight, she's not sure? Yeah. I, first of all, would say, it doesn't matter where you are in your marriage, it will help you in some way. There is so much information here that benefited us at 12 years of marriage, but I very much wish I had had it when I was a newlywed. And so I do especially speak to, newlyweds or engaged women to join, because this is gonna be a huge resource for you. I also think for any woman, even if you just, want things to get a little bit better, you're like, "Things are okay," that's where I was at. Things were okay, but they weren't, like, getting better. If you want things to get better, like, this will help. I think I remember, one time when I was in high school hearing a talk of a youth minister talking about intimacy in marriage, and he just said, "I've been married for 20 years, and sex just keeps getting better." And I- that stuck with me, and I was like, "Well, that's great," but what, I- I'm at 12 years of marriage and I'm thinking back to this guy in high school talking about this, and I'm thinking, "It's not getting better. It's just, like, staying the same," or because it's staying the same, I'm wanting it less and less. Like, what's going on? And I'm tired, I'm a tired mom, I have four kids, my husband's tired, he's working really hard at- all day long. Like, we both are just like, I don't know if we wanna do this. Maybe it'll get better in 10 more years. I don't know." But I just say don't wait. Mm-hmm. Do it, because it, it doesn't really, there's never really gonna be the right time in your marriage for it, but this information will help things get better. And, and we always say that, there's never the right time to have a kid, but you should still be open to children, right? You know? It'll work out. God will give you the grace. And so I think it's definitely worth the time investment, because, it will help things get better, it will improve in communication in your marriage, and, and just all the aspects of your intimacy, not just your physical intimacy. It helped us with everything, so I encourage everyone to do it. I love your example as, a mom of four kids, well into, her second decade of marriage, that this helped you. And despite your busy life, you know, teaching NFP as a ministry, through the Couple to Couple League, and raising your four kids, and just active and involved, that you still were able to make it work to get the benefit that you needed from My Delight. You fit it in to your life. Yeah. And I love that you also talked about this will help you at every point in your marriage. Like, I love the newlyweds as well. I want, I want all the newlyweds, I really have a heart for them, and, like, just be so great to avoid bad habits from the start- Yeah or avoid the kinds of misconceptions you were describing. Yes, yeah these limiting beliefs around, like, "Well, it only has to be this certain way," or, "I'm broken," or whatnot. But I also wanna mention that I have so many women who are into 30, 40, even 50 years of marriage. I've had women in their 60s, 70s, and 80s join My Delight, and they benefit as well. So it really is open to all of you ladies who are married, every stage. Elizabeth, I'd love to hear now as an NFP teacher, what has changed for you now that you've been through My Delight when you are working with couples? Yeah, so we work a lot with marriage prep couples. That is kind of naturally, what happens for this, 'cause couples take it before they get married. And I speak to them a lot about, understanding true intimacy. I try to overcome those misconceptions that I had. Mm-hmm. And, I think couples have a lot of questions about, well, you know, what is intimacy during phase three? You know, what if we're avoiding pregnancy? Is that even gonna be fun? And, so we do definitely talk about, how you can work on intimacy at all times of the month and how you can grow in these other types of intimacy during your fertile phase, but then you can really enjoy and have the, the looking forward to the phase three,, which I think you definitely talked about. And how you prep for that, I think... that was one thing that we definitely talked about, using the phases of your cycle to prepare for your intimacy that you have in phase three if you're avoiding pregnancy, and just how much fun and exciting that can be. And so we definitely talk about that with couples. And I'll get a lot of postpartum couples as well. They kind of come back and, learn more- and they're asking,, "When does intimacy start? What if I'm not ready?" You know. And so we talk a lot about intimacy in the postpartum period. And maybe you're avoiding pregnancy because you don't wanna have another baby in nine months, and that's okay. But it's also hard because you are abstaining a lot, and what do you do? How do you help your spouse? And, how can you work together to build that intimacy and preparing for that? And so I definitely have grown a lot in just coaching women in that way. And then, even for, my mom's group last year, they had me... They wanted me to come give a talk about intimacy, and I was prepared to do that because I had had your class. And I had so many women that said, "I just listened to your talk,, a couple times.", It was recorded. Oh. And they're like, "Keep listening to it," 'cause they're like, "It was just so helpful to hear that someone else maybe was struggling just like me." And also, it's just information that no one talks about, and now I feel like I can come talk to you about it. And I've had this from women that I didn't really know very well. They were at the talk, you know. And they're like, "I could come talk to you, and I feel like you would be there for me if I was struggling." And so I think that that has been Another piece that's opened up, which has been a gift, just to be able to share that for me, that things were hard, but they're getting better. And,, I think that I encourage women to talk to each other about it as well, because I think we're just... We think, and maybe this is like you said, leftover from purity culture, like we just need to keep this to ourselves. It's gotta be in a box of our marriage, and we shouldn't talk about it. But it's natural to talk about it when we're teaching NFP and also when we're, with our friends and stuff now. So, um, yeah. Oh my gosh, I love that so much because truly we need a movement. We need- Yeah women who are willing to break the silence and be that safe friend or mom's group go-to expert or, among sisters in Christ who it's safe to talk with about sex in marriage, which is just part of our vocation and part of- Yeah our human experience. I love that, that you're breaking down those walls of isolation and shame to bring light to this area. Yay, the movement's happening. I love it. I think so. Yeah, I think women are just genuinely curious about it, and sometimes I'll get the questions from the guys, too, in chart reviews. They'll be like, "So when are you having these conversations, you know, about discernment and intimacy and all these things?" And I tell them, "You know, have the conversations when you're in phase three and you're not abstaining." That's a great time to have this conversation- Yeah not when you're full of emotion in phase two and you have high libido or whatever. And so,, it's just building, yeah, that communication into your marriage and into your cycle and in your charting and everything. Oh my goodness, I love it. So my final question is for those women who are going to join this fall 2026 My Delight cohort, what advice do you have for them about making the most of their experience? Or I guess another way to put the question is, going back to when it was your turn and your time, what advice would you give yourself, as you were starting to really make the most of the months that you have in My Delight? Yeah, be on every coaching call. That might seem like a really big commitment, especially if you have kids. It was definitely a commitment for us, and my husband was willing to keep the kids out of the room so that I could be in this private room, hearing, the coaching and everything with the other women. So definitely it is worth every minute though, and it w- might be hard, but I would say make that sacrifice. And, don't miss those calls, because you can get live coaching, and you can hear other people be coached. And even just listening to the recordings isn't always good enough. Be there. So, I definitely think that. And all the, the guest speakers and everything, like try to be on those calls and just give the time that you have. It is worth it, because even though it's a lot, it might seem like a lot,, then it's still... it's worth every minute to hear all the things. Wonderful. Oh, great. Yeah, and those are all... recorded for those who can't make it live, but it is really nice to be there live when it's happening, and then it might spark a question you have, and you can ask it right then or get clarification and- Yeah, and you can even be involved in the chat, and you'll still respond to us like later or email us and- Mm-hmm Back if you missed our question and, and try to o- go over it then. And then also just like get your spouse involved and, like I said, watching those educational videos together and like having the conversations. You kind of gave like a little bit of homework every week a little bit. Like, work on this, work on this. And so that was always fun for us to kind of go back and say, "All right,", "this is what we're supposed to do this week. Let's try it out." So, it really encouraged just like being fully involved in the process. Oh, wow. This is just really wonderful. Thank you so much for your trust and being willing to dive into this experience and learn. I'm so grateful to hear how it's blessed your marriage and your ministry as well, and I know God has so much more ahead as well. So thank you very much. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. We appreciate you. We appreciate you too. God bless. Take care. And everybody listening, I'll see you in the next episode.
